Usually for executives, helping them prepare for a critical presentation or interview and also as an ongoing coach / mentor with a programme of sessions designed to help the individual through specified challenges and build pre-identified competences along with ad-hoc advice and guidance.
Martin uses a range of practical techniques and inventories including the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) to help individuals build self awareness and develop their skills to facilitate personal and professional success.
