This course will help you as an individual, as part of a group or as a leader develop your ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Have you ever wondered how Problem Solving differs from Decision Making? Here you’ll find out how. You will build your skill in the stages involved in each and identify the different types of thinking required at each stage. You will learn the importance of divergent thinking and practice building that competence and you will learn how best to work with (or lead) others when making decisions in groups.
