Training of Trainers

For new and/or experienced Development Trainers. There are two approaches. One that covers the generic skills required of a Trainer. And the second is a full service ‘A to Z’ product that provides all materials, e.g. Design and production of Participant File, Screen Show Visuals, Instructor Guides and in depth practical Training of the Trainers to deliver a specific course – areas covered here include the topics listed above.

Coaching & Mentoring

Martin provides one-to-one training services. Usually for executives, helping them prepare for a critical presentation or interview and also as an ongoing coach / mentor with a programme of sessions designed to help the individual through specified challenges and build pre-identified competences along with ad-hoc advice and guidance.
