For small teams, every morning, with a simple agenda. Each person says what they did yesterday / plan to do today / and if there’s any help they need. Team Leader must be disciplined and ensure no over long discussion. If necessary they might say “you and I will discuss this separately” or “can you two get together on that later?”.
Helps the Team understand the big picture. Helps the Team Leader provide help where needed. Helps individuals with their motivation. Worth a try – methinks. What do you think?
